Expungements

Expungement is a legal process through which an arrest or conviction may be erased from a person's criminal record.  A record showing any criminal activity can cause you to be unfairly prejudiced when you apply for jobs or housing.  In most cases, no record of an expunged arrest or conviction will appear if a potential employer, educational institution, or other company conducts a public records inspection or background search of an individual's criminal record.  There are certain statutory criteria that govern whether you are eligible.  Mr. Will is familiar with these statutes and can provide you with assistance in attempting to get your prior criminal arrest record sealed or expunged in Pennsylvania.
